Quelques ingrédients et moins de 10 minutes pour réaliser ce plat
Il vous faudra:
1 blanc de poulet
1 citron
2 c à c fécule
un peu d'eau
Commencer par couper les blancs de poulet en tranches fines , dans le sens de la longueur.
Ensuite, beurrer une poêle bien chaude et y dorer les escalopes, retourner , et faire de même avec la deuxième face.
Ajouter, 1/2 tasse d'eau, et les deux c a c de fécule, mélanger, en laissant bien s’imprégner les escalopes dans la sauce.
Ajouter le jus du citron , cuire a feu vif, pendant 4/5 minutes.
C'est prêt, vous pouvez les accompagner de riz, de pomme de terre, ou de brocolis à la vapeur.
